Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh government does not want to leave the rest for the Kumbh Mela. 1926.65 lakhs have been sanctioned to the Public Works Department for the widening of the Railway Underpass Bridge at CMP Degree College and Sohattiya Bag in Allahabad city.

As the first installment, the amount of Rs. 770.66 lakhs has been approved. Principal Secretary (City Development) Manoj Kumar Singh issued instructions to the Kumbh Mela Officer for issuing necessary instructions.

It has been said in the mandate that the standard and quality of work will be responsible for the Public Works Department. At the same time, all the tasks must be completed within the prescribed time limit.
