51 girls, held hostage in Lucknow's madrassa free, arrested manager

51 girls were held hostage in the madrasa hostels. All girls were freed and manager Mohammad Taib Jiya was arrested.


Lucknow: 51 girls, who were held hostage in a madrasa in the capital of Uttar Pradesh, have been released by UP police. Also the manager of the madrassa has been arrested. The girls, who were freed, alleged that the manager used to harass them and behave inhuman with them.


Madrassa hostel 51 students were mortgage

Uttar Pradesh police spokesman headquarters said today that the local people complained police team raided last night at the seminary Jamia Kdijtul kubra Lilbnat in Yasinganj area Sadtganj Thanakshetr. According to the spokesman, 51 girls were held hostage in the hostels of the madrasa. All girls were freed and manager Mohammad Taib Jiya was arrested.

The administration used to initiate sexual harassment-inhuman treatment by the

police to provide the girl students to their families. The spokesman said that it is being investigated that this Madrasa was registered or was being operated illegally.
